Last year, my mom turned Sweet 60, and we all planned a surprise party for her. As her party favor, my friend Em, my sister, and I, compiled all of her favorite songs and burned them on CD's. We had fun designing the CD sticker labels. We played with the word "sixty" and incorporated them into real album titles, such as "Crazy SIXTY Cool" ( a play of TLC's hit album "Crazy Sexy Cool"). Shown in this photo is the "60 First Dates" sticker. We all hand drew and colored the labels--hence the very juvenile look.
Anyway, the entire party was a great success, and I guess my mom found it sweet enough because she cried (with joy) when the surprise came upon. --yes we even crowned her with a furry glittery tiara!

That was sweet of you to do it for your Mom. Did she know all those songs you made reference to? My Mom wouldn't get it!
